I'm glad you found me! I have a broad range of experience in many different environments, having worked in not only theatre, but events and concerts as well. I am always looking for new people to work with and new projects to get involved with.
I've had a love for technical theatre since I was in elementary school, working backstage during my school's play. Soon after, I began working on theatrical productions at other nearby schools and community theaters. During the summer of 2014, I participated in a technical direction internship at Horizon Theatre Company where I began perfecting my skills in technical theatre. Since then I have worked on hundreds of projects, expanding into events and concerts as well as theatre. Currently, I am the technical director of Act3 Productions in Sandy Springs. I also work as a sound designer/audio engineer and lighting designer for various theatres, events, and concerts in Georgia.
Unlike most people, I have a love for both the design and engineering sides of audio. Due to that, I have experience in everything from small theatrical shows in community theatres to large concerts with thousands in attendance.
I am known for having an unconventional approach to event lighting design. That's is primarily due to my background in theatrical lighting design. Whether designing for theatre, concerts, events, or film/tv, I am always pushing lighting design to a new level.
Ever since I could first hold a tool, I loved building stuff. When I was in middle school, I enjoyed helping build the set for my school's play. Ever since then I have loved designing and making scenic elements for not only theatre but events as well.
I have always loved teaching for as long as I can remember. On every production I work on, I love teaching new things to interns and students working under me. I also like going to schools and working with their students. In my free time, I teach a high-school robotics program.
Technical direction and production management allows me to combine all of my experience into one role. I have managed dozens of events and theatrical productions. In addition, I am currently the technical director for Act3 Productions.
